Beauty Boxes: Latest in Beauty

Although I haven't invested in a lot of different brands, I honestly think beauty boxes are just the best idea. They give you the opportunity to try out new products and brands that you never would have bought for such a great price! The majority of products I receive last me for a really good amount of time that lets me know whether I need this enough to buy the (more often than not) expensive full size product.

Personally, I wouldn't want a MASS of skincare in any beauty box that I bought, just because I don't really want to overload my skin with a ton of different products to find good ones- I just know that will end in disaster. Plus I'm super happy with the routine I have now! I also don't particularly want to pay for a subscription- so Latest in Beauty is a complete favourite for me. I am always super excited and inpatient for a new box to come out because nearly all of them have such a good range, as you will see below!

THE GLAMOUR BEAUTY POWER LIST 2014: £15.99

1. Phillip Kingsley Daily Damage Defence Conditioning Spray (mouthful?)
Really enjoying this spray, it has such a nice smell and makes my hair super soft- although nowhere near the Moroccanoil Treatment, obviously.

2. Nude Maybelline Colour Sensational Lipstick
Was too light for me, and most people I would have though, so I don't really have much to say here.

3. Laura Mercier Foundation Primer
I totally have not stopped using this, completely my favourite primer- post soon!

4. Eyeko Mascara Off Eye Makeup Remover Wipes
These are lovely, super refreshing and moisturising- but I wouldn't spend this much.

5. Bourjois Volume 1 Second Mascara
I actually prefer this to Benefit's, They're Real but in a different way- it makes my lashes huge.

6. James Read Sleep Mask Tan
I don't tan so I can't really comment on this one!

7. Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser
You probably know how I feel about this, but just in case you can read about that here

GET THE GLOSS BEAUTY INSIDER'S KIT: £19.95

1. Essie Nail Lacquer (...)
These colours are super nice and I love the formula

2. Laura Mercier Foundation Primer
This was in the previous box- which I totally appreciate because i'm still using this everyday

3. Therapie Roques Oneil Cherish Skin Repair Serum
This smells so relaxing, I think like lavender, and feels lovely to use!

4. Daniel Sandler Concealer Brush
I dont prefer this to Real Techniques but I do think it works very well.

5. James Read Sleep Mask Tan
Again, I still don't use this.

6. Shiseido Ultimate Power Infusing Concentrate
Ive been using this around my eyes under moisturiser and Pepta-Bright and it actually does seem to have made my eyes less dark and stronger. I can't say I would buy this full size because of the price but I'm enjoying it!

7. Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner
I'm considering doing a liquid eyeliner comparison post because I use it literally daily, but as a first impression I don't particularly love this. I feel like it rubs off the line you've just done and slips throughout the day. Sorry I know it's loved!

8. Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment
I feel like my skin was slightly brighter and clearer after using this but I feel like it might not be best for the long term since it is pulling out all the oils that you need. I'm not sure yet!

9. Balance Me Radiance Face Oil
I love this after my first use. It feels lovely and I wake up with such brighter skin, it also seems to help with troubled, dry, oily skin and break outs so don't be worried because it's an oil! Super in love.

As you can tell I haven't gone into massive detail about all of these products because that would be a very long post, but I'm sure that whatever I love I will make a post about. If you love any brands of beauty box let me know because I love the days when I get these in the post!
